MS40 is the absolute encoder chiefly designed to ensure efficiency and cut costs. It provides a set of solid features offered at an attractive price. It comes in a compact design (40 mm flange diameter, 34 mm depth, 6 mm diameter shaft) with both axial and radial cable outputs.
Furthermore it affords a resistant plastic enclosure and a high IP66 protection rate to withstand industrial environments. MS40 encompasses a reliable magnetic sensing technology and guarantees great resistance to shock and vibration impacts and long operating life. The 8-bit (256 cpr) parallel interface allows for fast and simultaneous data transmission via NPN / PNP output circuits. Binary and Gray output codes are both available as an option.
